Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch all orders between 1 to 2 working days. Once the order has been dispatched, you'll receive a status update via email. Delivery times will depend upon the method of delivery as below.

Please note an order cannot be amended once it has been dispatched.

Hand Delivery

Hand delivery to your home is offered to all postcodes within TS19, TS20, TS21, TS22, TS23, TS24.

Please select this option at checkout.

​

Hand delivery expectation is 2-3 business days of order being placed. However we will send an email confirming your delivery date.

Royal Mail

All posted packages are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class.

​

Packages upto 2kg are £2.99

Packages over 2kg are £7.99

​

For example 3 Candles & 2 boxes of Wax Melts is 1.3kg so would be £2.90 postage.

​

All orders dispatched 1-2 working days after order placed, postage takes approximately 2-3 working days.

We will email on day of dispatch to confirm your order is on the way!

Collection

We offer collection from our business base, please select this option if you are a local order and wish to collect your order.

​

We will email an agreed date and time range for order collection as well as location.

​

Please do not arrive before this date and time as we may not be available.

Returns

If any of your items arrive damaged and in an unusable state, please let us know within 3 days of delivery. We'll either arrange an exchange or you can post it back to us and we'll issue a refund.

This is applicable to all Scented Candles and Hand Poured Wax Melts.

Change your mind on your order?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in resalable condition, and in the original packaging.

 

The customer is responsible for paying the cost needed to send it back and is liable for the product during its transport back to us. Any delivery charge from the original order is non-refundable.

​

Once we receive the package, we will check the item before issuing a refund. You will be notified once the refund has been approved and it will be credited through whichever payment method was originally used. The time period to receive the refund varies as it depends on each payment service used. Contact your bank for any further details.

 

Any items posted back will be at the expense of the buyer.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Please do not return items to us without prior arrangement and agreement.
